Payments for Playhouse People Classes
The first occasion your child attends a Playhouse People class may be a free trial session. If s/he then wishes to continue, payment must be made prior to the next session.
Subject to availability of places, children may join a class at any time during the term.
Fees for the term should be paid in full at the beginning of the term.
A discount of 10% is given to siblings who attend the same or another Playhouse People class during the same term.
Playhouse People reserves the right to exclude children from sessions where the fee has not been paid or whose behaviour presents serious safety problems or disrupts the class.
Missed classes are non-refundable. Your payment for a course applies only for a pre-set amount of classes within a pre-determined time frame. At the discretion of the facilitator, a make-up class may be offered in another class of the same week but this is subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel a session or class without refund in exceptional circumstances outside our control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, bereavement. In these circumstances we will endeavour to offer an alternative class or session.
If the class teacher is unable to make a session due to personal reasons such as illness, a cover Playhouse People teacher will be provided. If this is not possible, a make-up class will be offered.
